The Dream IS YoURs!



Do you have a dream? Do you BELIEVE you can reach it? Belief is a major part of what you NEED to reach your goals/dreams. Believe that God gave this dream to you and you are meant to reach it.
It IS yours! BELIEVE!

So what IF you do not know how to gain this “belief?” what can you do? You need to change your thoughts. Your thoughts are most important to change your beliefs. Affirmations are a great way to change your thoughts, which in turn will change your deep beliefs.  An affirmation is the repetition of a nurturing and optimistic conclusion with the intention to be open to its truth.  When thinking of an affirmation think of something nurturing, loving, optimistic, these are key words when you construct your affirmation. Once you know your affirmation you need to be open to its truth! You constructed the affirmation so you should believe it is true! Yes, maybe it is not a reality at this moment but come from a place of the wish fulfilled! It is…it is…. because it is……

This is a process. It does not happen immediately. But in my experience it can help immediately! I find if I am in a situation which causes me undue stress or anxiety, if I start repeating an affirmation about calmness ( like my first affirmation example below) it helps me to get through the situation much calmer than I otherwise would have. I use this affirmation technique, coupled with deep breathing, often and it works!

Here are a few examples of affirmations that I use:

“I approach every situation with Love, confidence, fearlessness, and calmness! With the knowledge that all outcomes are for my highest good.”

“I think clearly and express myself with ease”

“I am surrounded by love. I love and love is returned to me every moment”

“I love others and they love me”

Optimistic and full of love for myself and others.  You CAN do that…right? Sure you can! Start today.  I promise you if you start using positive affirmations everyday ( in the mirror is just that much more powerful!) you will start to be more grateful and gratitude brings only good things to your life, including the strength,confidence, and belief that you will reach your dreams!

What Matters!

Ok , so at first read I guess this picture can seem rather….ummm rude? I guess! But I am not trying to be rude! I am not saying anyone is “stupid” <—— I would never say that about anyone! What I am trying to say is that people just don’t think about YOU that often! Or me!  Our EGO will have us believe that others are thinking of us constantly! That they are constantly talking about us to others, constantly judging us, constantly picking at us . I just do not believe that is  true. And you shouldn’t either!

Do not waste it worrying about what others may think of you! What Matters is what YOU think of YOU! Be happy!
