Take The Challenge! Be Surrounded by Gratitude!

You can belong to a group like this, now! The Gratitude Challenge is a 30 day challenge designed to immerse you in gratitude, encouragement, and love, to raise your vibration so that you will learn to be joyful and continue every day to reach for better thoughts!  And when you take the challenge you will be added to a group filled with others who want to strive to be their best!

Through simple daily exercises that take no more than a few minutes, at various times throughout your day, you will learn to be more grateful for what you already have and learn how helping/loving others is the key to everything!  When you encourage another person you are helping them. When you send out prayers or good thoughts for another person, you are taking a few unselfish minutes and devoting them to another. That is powerful!   And it will knock down any walls you may have built up around yourself, walls that may be stopping you from living your best life!  Gratitude breeds love and caring for others.  It just does!

I know sometimes we have problems that seem bigger than life itself! And it can be difficult to figure out what the problem is, we feel like we are being sabotaged at every turn! We just do not know how to turn things around!  I believe if we shift our focus away from our problems, as hard as that may be, we can not only get some perspective, but we can open a window of opportunity for growth! We can learn to help others to help ourselves!  I believe the choices we make when we are facing problems determines just how long we stay in the weeds and just how bad those weeds may get! At the very least learning to appreciate things, even when times are hard, will sustain us a lot more than worry and fear!

So I get the impression people read the details of the challenge and didn’t get it OR never read it! So I am going to post this again in hopes that people will read it.

I am actually adding the text below so you do not even have to follow a link to the site to read it!  Cool right! I am making this easy!  🙂

Here are the details—

The 30 day gratitude challenge comes in three 10 day exercises! It begins with the 10 day Gratitude Challenge followed by the 10 day Encouragement Challenge and ends with the 10 day Random Act of Kindness Challenge! You can take all three challenges or you can take one and take a break! However you choose to do it, I guarantee you will be blessed!

Start with Gratitude! Practice gratitude each day for 10 days and see what happens. That is what the 10 day challenge is. It is a 10 day gratitude experiment. How does it work? You commit to join the program and be held accountable for practicing gratitude every day for 10 days. We work on the honor system! You commit to do it and I trust you are. The exercises do not take much time at all, and will hardly detract from your day— they will add to your day without spending much time at it.

What the challenge is not-

It is not a post everyday on FB thing. Or a tag all your friends daily or say what you are grateful for and then tag ten people….no, no, it is not any of that!

What the challenge is-

It is a personal and private challenge to enhance your day and ultimately your life. It will be as private as you choose for it to be. All I ask is that you actually do the exercises involved in the challenge.

We do have a Facebook group, I will add you to it, how much or how little you participate is up to you.  You can use it primarily for encouragement ( I post in the group) or you can use it for sharing your journey with others!  It is up to you!

To join the challenge send me an email at toencourageothers@gmail.com letting me know you are taking the challenge! Put “30 day challenge” in the subject line please. Once registered I will add you to the Private Facebook group ( I need the email associated with your Facebook page to add you, so include that in the email) and you will receive a “welcome letter” going over the rules for week one. That is it!  There will always be helpful posts in the Facebook group. Please go on there (if you wish) and introduce yourself!  No biggie, just say hi, or more if you wish!
