I just had to share!
About 3.5 weeks ago we stopped eating grains,refined sugar, and processed foods as much as possible. I have been trying out a lot of recipes, this one is great!
Coconut Flour Pizza Crust- Courtesy of This Chick Cooks

Coconut Flour Pizza Crust
1c shredded mozzarella
1c shredded colby jack cheese
2 tbs almond meal
2 tbs coconut flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
I also added some onion and garlic powder. Not much….maybe 1 tsp.each
Pre heat oven to 425
1) Mix all ingredients in bowl until until well combined.
2)Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and spread the cheese mixture on the paper as thin as possible, using back of spoon or hands.
3) Reduce heat to 400, bake on top rack for approx. 15 minutes, or until crust is starting to look golden in places. I cooked mine a little longer, I baked it until it was really getting golden brown. Remove and add toppings.
I made a tomato sauce using organic sauce, to that I added crushed garlic, an all purpose type of seasoning, onion powder, and a little salt and pepper. You can also spread pesto on it. Sometimes I just use olive oil rather than tomato or pesto.
Spread that on the crust then add your toppings. I added uncured bacon and a mixture of mozzarella and colby jack!
Then put it back in the oven just long enough to melt the cheese.
