HeLp! I’m Sitting on Empty!


Will ya take a look at me! My gratitude tank is sitting on empty! Would you be a doll and fill it up for me?! Just leave me a comment; some encouraging words would be nice! It doesn’t have to be about me directly…could just be what a beautiful day it is or how something absolutely amazing happened to you!!  Whatever….just make it positive!

Please….I need a lift!   ( Even a smile would help!)

  3. One of the hardest practices I have had to learn… is to be grateful to myself for myself and actions. I thank God every day and several times a day…I thank others and feel the gratitude…so now I am learning to thank myself.

      I agree, learning to be grateful (love) ones self is the hardest thing to do! Either we “forget” or we do not feel quite worthy enough! I too have learned this lesson!
      I find the very act of thanking others and being grateful for others has helped me to get to a place of love,gratitude,and forgiveness for myself! 🙂
