Vision Boards

visionboard1

Do you have a Vision board? I create a new one each year, the one above is the one I am working on for 2013.  I recently read on a psychology website ( I would put a link but…it seems to be an error code! I can’t find the blog) that having a Vision board was not a good idea. They said a vision board is for dreamers, what you need is an Action board!

I guess I would respectfully disagree. My Vision board is an action board…it is a call to action! Every time I look at it, every time I meditate over it, pray over it, I’m rejuvenated into action to make it all happen. It is a constant good reminder of all that I want in this life, all that I know I am worthy of having and the things that I know God has already given to me.   I just have to claim them. And this board reminds me of that.

I think this makes Vision boards an outstanding idea!

What do you think? Do you have one? Or do you think they are a waste of time meant only for dreamers who will never realize their goals?

You know where I stand!

Peace and Love~ Christine

  1. Thanks for this reminder to make my vision board. I have the white board, but have not filled it out yet. Your vision board shares a lot of the same words/ideals that my blog’s wordcloud has. Maybe I can just use my wordcloud as a vision board. 😉
I also love how your vision board is not based in material goals. Seems like you envision experience, health, and travel above possessions. Good for you.

    • Hello!
Interesting thing….I was at your blog leaving a comment on your WordCloud post while you were here commenting AND mentioning your WordCloud! How bout that?! 😉
Thank you for the compliment on my board! I noticed your WordCloud closely resembles what I blog about and definitely what is on my Vision Board!
Thank you for stopping by and for the encouraging words!
      Peace and Love~ Christine
