Meatless Monday!

Time for some sweets my friends! I am sharing my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe! Beware, they are YUMMY! You can’t eat just one!

Bakery Shoppe Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 & 1/4 C  Sugar

1 & 1/4 C  Brown Sugar

1 & 1/2 C. Softened butter ( 3 sticks)

2 tsp Vanilla

3 eggs

4 C. Flour

2 tsp. Baking Soda

1/8 tsp. Salt

12 Oz. Chocolate chips

All Ingredients are organic  except for the Baking soda and salt.

Pre-heat oven to 350.

Add dry ingredients ( except for chocolate chips) in a separate bowl, set aside.
Add sugar and butter, cream.  Add vanilla and eggs, beat on low until incorporated well. Do not over beat. Only just enough.

Add dry ingredients, one cup at a time, to the wet ingredients. Beat just enough to add more.  After last cup is added beat until fully incorporated. Add chips and fold into dough by hand.

I use a ice cream scoop to make BIG and uniform size cookies.

Bake 9-11 minutes
